We needed a ring in about two weeks with specific style, stone, cut, and certifications, plus a hectic travel schedule. Instead of saying no, Peter shipped overnight and exceeded every expectation. He communicated clearly, sent photos, offered advice, and was professional and supportive. The ring arrived on time and turned out incredible. When I needed a resize, I dropped it off in LA, and he shipped it back within five days. This was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Could not endorse Peter enough!

I initially bought my engagement ring at Brilliant Earth but when I received it, I was not sure about it. Peter showed me the ring under magnification and showed me evidence it was just a mass-produced ring. And my diamond… when I saw it by itself I thought it was fine, but when Peter showed me my Brilliant Earth diamond beside some quality(not super expensive) diamonds from his rings…. it was like looking at yellow vs white. Ring returned, the new ring was commissioned with Peter Norman. I paid more… but now have a hand-crafted ring, with a truly brilliant, well-cut diamond.”
